Blasting More Country Guaranteed from Erie, Pennsylvania to Youngstown, Ohio has been the mission of WYBL-FM 98.3 The BULL in Ashtabula, Ohio since its launch in 2005. Since the beginning WYBL has been a champion of rising Country Artists, and Kayla McKinney has been inducted into that legacy as she just landed on The BULL's playlist with These Two Barstools.
